Jessica was raised in British Columbia and graduated from the 3000 Hour Registered Massage Therapy program at The Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT) in 2011. She has always been driven to contribute to the health care community and was first introduced to Massage Therapy as a young athlete where she was able to experience its healing benefits firsthand.
As a therapist, Jessica has experience treating a wide variety of conditions including, but not limited to: acute/chronic pain, shoulder injuries, postural dysfunctions, sports injuries, whiplash, headaches, and prenatal massage. Jessica utilizes techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilization, passive and active stretching and Swedish massage.
Jessica has taken the past 2 years off to raise her beautiful daughter while following her husband’s career transfer that brought them to Nova Scotia. During her free time, she enjoys the outdoors and exploring this beautiful province she now calls home. Jessica looks forward to being a part of the community and hopes to leave her clients feeling relaxed and well.
