Lovely is a dedicated and compassionate health care professional with a diverse background in massage therapy. She is committed to delivering high-quality, client focussed care.  Lovely graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Halifax, NS. Her training includes advanced technique certifications in Cupping Therapy and Gua Sha. She emphasizes postural and palpation assessment, safe and effective treatment planning and individualized home based exercise recommendations. Her massage techniques vary upon client preference and symptom presentation and include Swedish Massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and pre-natal massage.

Lovely is also a CCA. She brings valuable frontline experience in patient care, palliative education, and dementia support. Lovely is passionate about supporting the well-being of others and is known for her strong work ethic, empathetic nature and dedication to maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming treatment environment.
